The Property: A burnout duplex that sat dilapidated for 20 years.
The Challenge: As the only eyesore on a block of long-term residents, the property had become a community concern.
Our Strategy: Restored it completely into usable, quality living space.
The Outcome: Revitalized the community; earned the gratitude of neighbors living there for 30+ years.

Community Preservation: The Orchard Avenue Redevelopment

The Property: Five adjacent parcels, including a former neighborhood convenience store at 1622 Orchard Ave.
The Challenge: The site required thoughtful redevelopment while preserving a beloved piece of neighborhood history and maximizing the potential of the assembled parcels.
Our Strategy: Partnered with an investor to acquire all five parcels and develop two brand-new construction homes. Preserved the historic neighborhood store by transforming it into a modern studio apartment behind the main residence, blending new development with the community's character.
The Outcome: Delivered two new residential properties while preserving a local landmark, enhancing neighborhood value, and honoring the history of the community through adaptive reuse.
